The career development process starts during the childhood when children are aware what they would like to be when they are “big”. Most of the answers you will get are: professional sports player, a doctor, pilot, advocate or astronaut. Guiding these children appropriately helps them to get an answer on the why, what and how they can pursue their ambitions and goals. Some children will also change their mind often and some are still exploring the occupations. This applies also in the broader sense for people who are looking for an ideal job, already a working in a company or have difficulties with their performance within the company.
We have many years of experience in guiding and advising people with a wide variety of backgrounds to pursue their ambitions. We intervene through Self-Assessment to a Personal Development Action Plan in order to define to next customized steps for each person.
